World Golf Village is not too far from everything for most buyers, but it can feel too far if your routine depends on frequent beach access or a daily drive into areas farther east. It tends to work best when central access, golf, and established neighborhoods matter more than living close to the coast. The…
By Josh Rogers | F3 Home Team It usually costs more to live in Nocatee than buyers think at first glance, and the reason is not just the home price. The true cost of living there comes from the full stack: mortgage, taxes, insurance, HOA dues, and in many cases CDD fees. If you only…
RiverTown tends to fit buyers who want a scenic river-oriented setting and a slightly more tucked-away feel. Nocatee fits buyers who want a polished master-planned experience with major amenities and quicker access to the coast. Both are strong communities, but they feel different in daily life: RiverTown is more river-and-trails, while Nocatee is more convenience-and-programming….
By Josh Rogers | F3 Home Team The commute from St. Johns County to Jacksonville can be completely reasonable or deeply annoying depending on the exact move you make. That is the honest answer.
