Palencia is worth a serious look if you want an established golf-oriented community with mature landscaping and a more tucked-in feel, but it is not the right fit for everyone. It tends to work best for buyers who want an established community feel with character and a strong location, and it becomes harder to justify…
Shearwater is worth a serious look if you want newer master-planned living with a strong amenity package and a quieter suburban rhythm, but it is not the right fit for everyone. Beachwalk is worth a serious look if you want amenity-heavy resort-style living centered around the lagoon, but it is not the right fit for everyone. It tends to work best for buyers who want a newer neighborhood with a social feel and a headline amenity package, and it becomes harder to justify when CDD fees,…
