I’ve lived in St. Johns County for over 15 years. I’m not someone who moved here to sell real estate — I moved here because this is a genuinely great place to build a life, and the real estate followed from that.

I got my license in 2009 — right in the middle of the market crash. It was a hard time to start, but it taught me how to actually serve people instead of just chasing commissions. You either learn to be genuinely useful in a down market or you don’t last.

I founded F3 Home Team in 2015 with one goal: be the most trusted local resource for people moving to St. Johns County. Not the biggest team. Not the flashiest office. The most trusted.

The YouTube channel came a few years later. I started filming videos about the communities, the schools, the neighborhoods — honest, unscripted stuff — because people had questions and nobody was giving them real answers. That channel now reaches tens of thousands of people looking to relocate here every month.
