From the Classroom to the Corner Office

Before joining F3, Kelly spent nine years as an elementary school teacher. After stepping away to be home with her two oldest daughters, she came across a Facebook video of Josh Rogers looking for an office manager. She reached out, got the job, and spent her first day addressing and stamping envelopes. She’s been building from there ever since.

The Person Who Keeps Everything Running

As Director of Operations, Kelly creates and manages the systems and processes that keep F3’s admin team and agents working efficiently — transactions, marketing, social media, technology, and everything in between. She has a natural ability to see how all the pieces fit together and a drive to make things simpler and more effective.

Her goal is always the same: solve the problem before it becomes one. And while much of her work happens behind the scenes, it’s all in service of creating a buying or selling experience that feels organized, intentional, and seamless for every customer the team works with.

Northeast Florida Through and Through

Originally from Florida’s Space Coast, Kelly moved to Jacksonville in 2001 to attend UNF and has called Northeast Florida home ever since. She and her husband Nate have three daughters — two teenagers and a toddler — and life outside of work revolves around family and dance.

You’ll likely find her rhinestoning a costume (she genuinely finds it relaxing), making her own iced latte, or scoping out a local coffee shop. And when she gets a quiet moment, there’s probably a true crime documentary involved.
