Henrietta grew up in Hungary, but life had bigger plans for her. She met her husband Paul in Germany in 1996, and his military career turned their life into one long adventure — Florida, California, Hawaii, Indiana, Virginia, and Spain, all before they finally landed in St. Johns County in 2012 and decided they weren’t leaving.
Why St. Johns County Stuck
That wasn’t an accident. When they were looking for a place to put down roots, St. Johns County checked every box: top-rated schools, warm weather, and a community that actually felt like a neighborhood. More than a decade later? Still feels that way.
Henrietta got her real estate license in 2013, and finding the right home base in this industry mattered to her as much as it does to her clients. That search led her to Josh Rogers and the F3 Home Team in 2015. She connected immediately with the team’s culture — people who genuinely care about each other and about doing right by the people they work with. She’s been here ever since, and over the years she’s helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Many of them have become friends. For Henrietta, that’s always been the best part.
Family, Work, and the Outdoors
Home life keeps things lively. Paul is a local attorney with his own estate planning and probate practice. Their son Paxton graduated from Nease High School, just earned his Medical Doctorate, and is now living in Baltimore. Their younger son Max is still at Nease, enrolled in the International Baccalaureate program, playing multiple sports, and playing multiple instruments. Overachiever runs in the family.
When she’s not working, Henrietta is happiest outdoors or on the move — skiing, hiking, scuba diving, boating, paddleboarding, rollerblading, yoga, beach days, or chasing down one of Florida’s beautiful springs. She loves beaches and mountains equally, which is a pretty convenient personality trait for someone who lives 20 minutes from the Atlantic.
What Keeps Her Connected
She also makes regular trips back to Europe to visit family in Hungary, and she’s made it a priority for her boys to grow up connected to their heritage, language, and traditions. It matters to her. You’ll also find her in the garden, in the kitchen, or somewhere with good people and good food.
After living in some amazing places around the world, St. Johns County is where Henrietta chose to stay — and she loves helping others figure out why so many people are making that same choice.
