How She Found F3
Heather’s connection to F3 Home Team started through friends and neighbors who had worked with Josh. When she took a closer look, she understood immediately why they kept talking about it. The team’s faith, their character, their commitment to doing things the right way — professionally and personally — lined up with exactly who she is.
It felt less like joining a company and more like finding her people.
Growing Up Here
Heather has spent most of her life in St. Johns County. She grew up here, went to school here, rode her bike to Mickler’s Beach, and hopped the fence to get into TPC. She knows this area the way only someone who was shaped by it does.
Today she’s raising her own family in the same community that gave her so much. Her kids have gone to school here. She’s lived St. Johns County through nearly every season of life — as a child, as a parent, and now as someone who gets to show it to people discovering it for the first time.
Her Family
Heather and her husband Shane — an Army veteran — have been married for 19 years and have five kids: four girls and one boy. Their oldest is a CPA living in Scotland. One daughter teaches in St. Johns County. Their son serves in the Space Force. And their two youngest are still in school locally.
Weekends usually mean sidelines — soccer games, swim meets, cross country races. When there’s a break from the schedule, the family travels, cruises, hikes in the mountains, and makes plenty of trips to Disney.
Why She Loves This Area
Heather doesn’t sell St. Johns County from a brochure. She loves it — the coffee shops, the new restaurants, collecting sharks’ teeth on the beach, wandering through downtown St. Augustine. She’s a foodie, a Florida Gator, a Jaguars fan, and someone who is always on the hunt for a new favorite spot.
But the thing she loves most about real estate is getting to hand this place to someone else. Walking people through the neighborhoods she grew up in. Watching them discover the little things that make St. Johns County feel like home. For Heather, that never gets old.
