From the Classroom to the Closing Table
Before joining F3 Home Team, Emily spent a decade as a high school Spanish teacher. She knows how to communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks — skills that translate directly into keeping transactions on track and clients informed every step of the way.
When she was ready for a new chapter, that path led her to F3 Home Team and a career in real estate. She also homeschooled her own children for six years — which tells you everything you need to know about her patience, her follow-through, and her ability to manage a lot of moving pieces at once.
Northeast Florida Has Been Home for Nearly 20 Years
Emily is originally from Michigan, but Northeast Florida has been home since 2007 — with a three-year detour through Phoenix, Arizona along the way. After Michigan winters and Arizona summers, she has a deep and well-earned appreciation for the Florida lifestyle. She’s not going anywhere.
Emily and her husband have two teenagers, which means life is full in the best way. Practices, games, and tournaments fill the calendar, and she genuinely loves being there for all of it. When the family isn’t on the sidelines, they’re traveling or finding new ways to enjoy the outdoors together.

For Emily, one of the best things about St. Johns County is that it’s simply a great place to raise a family — and she’s experienced that firsthand from nearly every angle. She came here as a teacher, homeschooled her own children for six years, and now has kids enrolled in St. Johns County Public Schools.
Those top-rated schools were a big reason her family chose to put down roots here, and she’s seen what they can offer up close.
