Real Estate Agent · F3 Home Team · St. Johns County

Andrea Ware has moved 14 times. She knows what it actually takes to pack up a life, land somewhere new, and figure out how to make it feel like home — because she’s done it over and over again.

How She Got Here

Andrea grew up in Illinois, but her life took a different shape when she became a Navy nurse. She and her husband John, a Naval officer who served for 26 years, spent years moving wherever the military sent them — across the country, overseas, all of it. Fourteen moves in total.

When it finally came time to stop moving, they chose Jacksonville. That was 2014. It didn’t take long to realize they’d found the right place.

Her Family

Andrea and John have six kids — including a set of twins — which should tell you something about her capacity for organized chaos.

She homeschooled her children for years, and that’s actually how she crossed paths with Josh Rogers. Long before she was a real estate agent, she was just a mom in the same homeschool circles. When her kids eventually headed to college and Andrea started thinking about what came next, joining F3 felt less like a career decision and more like a natural next step. Faith, Family, and Freedom weren’t a tagline to her. They were already how she lived.

From the Bedside to the Closing Table

Nursing teaches you to listen. Really listen — not just to what someone says, but to what they’re not saying yet. Andrea spent years doing that as a military nurse, and it turns out those instincts translate directly to real estate.

She’s bought and sold homes herself more times than most agents ever help a client do. She knows the stress of relocating, the weight of making a decision from far away, and the relief of finally landing somewhere that feels right. That lived experience shapes every conversation she has with buyers.

Life in Northeast Florida

When she’s not working, you’ll find Andrea swimming, hunting for the perfect shrimp and grits, or in a coffee shop with a really good cup and a podcast in her ears. She and John love to travel — they’ve made it to Rome and Athens and are always planning the next one.

She’s also deeply involved in the local community, supports local charities, and will tell you — without hesitation — that Northeast Florida is exactly where she’s supposed to be. After 14 moves, she’s finally home.

What Clients Say About Andrea

★★★★★

“My wife and I have been searching for a Retirement Community for the past few years, having made numerous trips from Chicago to the South East, looking at countless such communities, and interacting with equally countless agents. My wife and I can emphatically state that ‘Hands Down’, Andrea has been a stand out agent, going far-and-above in being our eyes-and-ears of places to search out. From the ‘window shopping’ days, through Closing (including price negotiations) she has been excellent. Remarkably, she has even been an asset long after the close — something that is virtually unheard of in Real Estate. We highly recommend her.”

She was patient, detailed, and really listened to what we wanted for our future and our family while staying within our range. She is wonderful to work with.”
